Preparing for and coping with the death of a loved one is a challenge we will all face. However, if you or your family are feeling overwhelmed or shattered by grief, you may need support. You may lack an emotional support network or the support of well-meaning friends may feel inadequate. You may have conflicted feelings that you are reluctant to express to those around you. I can provide you and/or your family compassion and guidance as you process your loss and the impact on your life.
I have counseled clients experiencing devastating loss, and I consider it a sacred honor to have been present for them in their grief. Using a holistic approach, that incorporates spirituality and creative expression into therapy, I hope to help you to find some peace and meaning in the grief process.
